CarbonOut

Calculate and review carbon footprints

Corporate carbon footprints and Scope 1–3 accounting support company-level decisions. Product carbon footprints, buildings, fleets and cloud operations use their own system boundaries and calculation context.

Methods, factors and boundaries

A comparable footprint requires suitable units, reporting periods and system boundaries. Review data quality and the chosen factor and method versions before interpreting the result.

Reporting in context

CSRD/ESRS, CBAM and EUDR refer to different reporting contexts. The selected report definition, period and rulebook determine the content; software output alone does not establish regulatory compliance.

Platform

Website languages and platform languages are separate. The platform currently has a German interface; additional application languages are planned. Language selection does not change the applicable methodology or legal framework.

Does a forecast count as an achieved reduction?

No. Planned impact is provisional. Implementation and appropriate approved evidence are required before effective recognition; the chosen calculation method remains decisive.

Corporate Carbon Footprint · CCF

Understand your business emissions. Connect sites, energy and business activities.

Product Carbon Footprint · PCF

Understand the footprint of products. Link materials, processes and life cycles transparently.

Building Carbon Footprint · BCF

Consider buildings across their life cycle. Keep homes, offices and public buildings in view.

Fleet Carbon Footprint · FCF

Measure mobility. Transform fleets. Assess vehicles, powertrains and mileage with traceable data.

Scope 1–3 & supply chain

Emissions across the value chain. Connect your own activities, purchased energy and suppliers.

Digital & ESG

Understand the footprint of digital services. Bring cloud resources, software operations and ESG data together.

Carbon Dioxide Removal · CDR

Document CO₂ removal transparently. Distinguish gross removal, life-cycle emissions and storage.
